JOB BRIEF:
We are seeking a skilled Contact Center Agent to join our team. As a Contact Center Agent, your primary role is to provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels. You will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, or chat.
- Providing solutions and assistance to resolve customer problems.
- Maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor during customer interactions.
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and feedback.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
