JOB BRIEF:

We are in search of a dedicated Client Manager to proactively manage client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding client needs, coordinating solutions, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering strong partnerships. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating successful collaborations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serving as the primary liaison for clients, offering support and guidance.
  • Facilitating account setup for new clients.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.
  • Regularly assessing and improving service quality to meet client expectations.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Sales, Marketing).
  • A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in client management or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to understand diverse client needs and industries.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management principles.
  • A customer-centric, results-oriented, and data-driven approach.
